Removal of two month gap between visits to India on Tourist Visa

With effect from January 24 , 2013, the gap of two months required between visits to India of a foreign national on a Tourist Visa would be applicable only in the case of nationals of Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistan origin and Stateless persons.

 Hence, foreign nationals except those mentioned above need not apply for re-entry permit to visit India if they have a multiple entry visas. Please contact M/s. Cox & Kings Global Services (CKGS) if you have any queries.

If your visa was issued before January 24, 2013, it may have a stamp about the restriction. But thestamp is no more applicable and there is no immigration restriction whatsoever in Indian airports due to this.
