Advisory for Indian Nationals Living in Lebanon

In view of the deteriorating situation in Lebanon, all Indian nationals living in Lebanon, particularly in southern Lebanon, are advised to take suitable precautions regarding their personal safety. All Indian nationals are advised to remain in contact with the Embassy of India in Beirut ( Address: 31, Kantari Street, Sahmarani Building, PO Box No.113-5240 (Hamra) and 11-1764, Beirut; Tele No: 009611 373539/372619/373530). The Embassy will render them necessary advice and updated information on the evolving situation. All Indian nationals are also advised to keep their travel documents ready in all respects and to seek the assistance of the Embassy of India in this regard, if necessary. 

Those Indian nationals, who are desirous of leaving Lebanon and are able to cross over to Syria, may contact the Embassy of India in Damascus for advice and assistance (Address:3455, Sharkassiyeh, Ibn Al Haitham Street, Abu Rumaneh, PO Box 685, Damascus; Tele No. 00963113347351/3347352/3347900) to enable them to return to India.
