3. In view of this, all applicants who are seeking any kind of miscellaneous/consular services mayavail the same by POSTAL MEANS and avoid visiting the Consular Wing at the above mentioned address.

4. However, on extreme emergency cases, applicants may visit the above mentioned address to avail miscellaneous/consular services but may bear with the delayed/hampered services.
