1.   The Embassy of India, Washington D.C. requires transport for a high level delegation scheduled to visit Washington D.C. on March 28-April 2, 2016. The estimated quantum of requirement would be around 80 vehicles which will be a mix of Sedans (approx..35), some 7/14 pax Vans, SUVs, Sprinters, Luggage vans and Trucks.

2.   Interested transport companies may send their offers in a sealed envelope to:

3.   Embassy of India reserves the right to negotiate the offered rates and award the job to a panel of companies based on its requirement.
