The Embassy of India in Washington DC is looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
1.   Research Assistant

Qualification requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent qualification with adequate experience in application of principles, terminology and analysis of political developments;
• Knowledge of global political issues, current developments and international institutions;
• All round proficiency in English language and computer operation.

Description of work:

• Research work related to global political issues, current developments and international institutions;
• Preparation of related reports.

2.   Messenger (On Temporary basis)

Qualification requirements:

• High school graduate;
• Good working knowledge of English.

Description of work:

• Work related to upkeep and maintenance of office;
• Willingness to perform indoor/outdoor duties;
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours.
