Para 11 (I) (b) of the RFP has been amended on 5th April 2012 as follows:

For:

The bidder must have experience of operating a Centre for such services on behalf of a Diplomatic Mission or Missions for at least one year; dealing with at least 1000 applications per day on an annual-average basis, with electronic data entry.

Read:

The bidder must have experience of operating a Centre for such services on behalf of a Diplomatic Mission or Missions for at least one year; dealing with at least 100 applications per day on an annual average basis, with electronic data entry. However, the bidder must be able to meet with the capacity to deal with up to 1000 applications per day with electronic data entry
