Note:
1) All AV media to reach 2 hrs 30 mins before the scheduled time at each venue.
2) For access to media ops at Hyderabad House, the selected pooled Media (AV/print/correspondents) must have:
a) Either a PIB card,
OR
b) A photo ID issued by Delhi Police (based on the list received by XP Division till 3rd November 2010)
c) AND an “add on badge”, which can be collected from XPR Section (Room No 137), Shastri Bhawan on 6 November, 2010 between 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs. These can be collected by all media, who have applied for attending/covering the Joint Press Conference.
d) Only one technician can accompany the selected pooled AV Media. Entry for technician would be on the basis of PIB cards OR photo ID issued by Delhi Police for the visit. After laying down the wires and completing his technical requirements, he/she would have to leave the venue.
e) Entry for media for events at Hyderabad House would be from Gate No. 3 of KG Marg, select number of permitted OB vans covering the Joint Press Conference would also be parked on KG Marg.
f) Print Media/Correspondents must reach Hyderabad House, 1 hour 30 mins before the Joint Press Conference.
3) For all other venues, additional requirements /guidelines for access to different venues which are detailed below:
Airport-Arrival & Departure• Access restricted to only select pool of A/V media (who had applied to XP Division by 3rd November). They will be ferried from the entrance of Air Force Station Palam to the venue
• No correspondents allowed. Only Doordarshan will carry the event live. No other OB vans will be allowed. Feed being shared by DD with Indian channels, on request, on a gratis basis. ( Contact Point: Mr. Sharat Chander, M: 9899821301 )
• Permitted pooled A/V media to pre position at Queen Mary Location and at the designated media pens. No movements on the tarmac will be allowed
Humayun’s Tomb
• Access restricted to only select pool of A/V media (who had applied to XP Division by 3rd November).
Rashtrapati Bhawan:
• Access for Ceremonial Reception and Banquet will be permitted by name specific/organization cards. The approved pool can collect their passes from XPR Section (Room No 137), Shastri Bhawan on 6 November, 2010 between 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs.
• Doordarshan will broadcast the event live. No other OB vans will be allowed.
• There will be no movement between Stands A, B & C at Rasthrapati Bhawan
Rajghat
• Access for select A/V media only (as per permitted pool size)
• No correspondents allowed.
• No OB vans to be parked near the venues
Parliament House
• Access to approved media pool is being dealt directly by Lok Sabha Sectt. Would be broadcast live on Lok Sabha TV. Feed being shared by Lok Sabha with Indian channels, on request, on a gratis basis. ( Contact Point: Mr. Sharat Chander, M: 9899821301 )
Call ons at ITC Maurya: • Access for one AV rep of ANI, PTI, Photo Division, Films Division and Doordarshan, only
