CELEBRATION 2010

 On the occasion of India’s 61st Republic Day, Ambassador Meera Shankar will hoist the Indian National Flag on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 1000 hours at the Chancery (2107 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington DC 20008). The message of the President of India on the occasion will be read, which will be followed by a brief cultural programme and refreshments.

We look forward to your presence on this occasion. You are requested to arrive by 0930 hours.

You are also requested to disseminate this information among other Indian American community members.

For reasons of security, all participants are requested to kindly bring a photo ID.

 Embassy is one block away from the North exit of Dupont Circle Metro (on Red Line)
